The new PDF document will reflect the custom dimensions.Click Print, and you will see a dialog box asking you to save the PDF, select the location, change the name, and click Save.You should see the custom dimensions that you entered above the page preview on the right.Under Page Sizing & Handling, select the Fit.Click OK to confirm the PostScript Custom Page Size Definition, Click OK to confirm the Adobe PDF Converter Advanced Options and OK to confirm the Adobe PDF Document Properties.NB: Check on the page sizes before setting the custom dimensions. To format text, select the text and then choose from the options in the Format pane: Figure 8. Then, drag the cursor to resize the text box.
Click Edit Custom Page Size (It may appear automatically), enter the Custom Page Size Dimensions (Width: 8.5 inches, Height: 11 inches) Pro Tip:To resize a scalable or fixed-width text box, hold your cursor over one of the border handles (small squares) until your cursor becomes a resizing cursor, which is two lines with two arrows.Shrink To Printable Area Resizes only large pages to fit the paper and prints small pages as they are. From the Page Scaling pop-up menu, select one of the following options: Fit To Printable Area Scales small pages up and large pages down to fit the paper. On the Adobe PDF Converter Advanced Options area, Under Paper/Output, next to Paper Size, select the PostScript Custom Page Size Acrobat can size the pages of a PDF to fit the selected paper size.On the Properties area, click on the Paper/Quality tab and click the Advanced button (bottom right).Next to Printer select Adobe PDF and click the Properties button (next to printer).Click on File > Print (We will make another PDF from this one and scale it in the process).
